Top Leaders in Hospitality will Explore Heritage, History and Culinary Trends
On March 17, ECEP's members will convene at the Third Annual ECEP Symposium. This year, the members-only Symposium will be held at Hotel Emeline in Charleston, South Carolina, a city that has inspired the event’s educational and culinary themes.
“Charleston has a rich and diverse culinary heritage,” says ECEP President, Michael Stavros. “We’ll be celebrating this in many ways during our time here, from keynote speakers such as Jessica Harris, author of ‘Same Boat, Different Stops,’ to events hosted at historic venues like the Thomas Bennett House with cuisine by local notable, CRU Catering.”
The daily educational agenda features sessions designed to support, encourage, and inform ECEP members on the future of AI, succession planning, and developing advocacy programs that will benefit the entire hospitality industry as well as business sessions on sales, marketing, operations and more.
